I have not yet totally completed(by that, I mean reading) the book by Richard Wiseman called The Luck Factor.
The book is about just that: luck. It is the book behind the groundbreaking study of luck and how you can get some(good luck that is) if you don’t have good luck already. Or want more!!
I discovered that this book(if you are into this type of reading) in its own way reinforces the subject of a lot of the other books I have absorbed.
It is all about a positive mindset.
Surprised?
This book ,The Luck Factor, goes one step further than other books I have read and actually gives examples-with actual personal accounts-that you may need to carry through with trying to change your mindset.
Humans, being a sceptical being, need that: examples. success stories, etc.
But I ask you this: why would you not ‘try’ having a positive mindset already? What do you have to lose when you have anything and everything to gain?
In a sky full of people, only some want to fly
Isn’t that crazy?
In a world full of people, only some want to fly
Isn’t that crazy, crazy?
In a Hell full of people, there’s only some want to fly
Ain’t that crazy, crazy, crazy, crazy?
But we’re never gonna survive
Unless we get a little crazy

Why? Why do we not want the best for ourselves? Why would we not want to fly?
It is not that we don’t. Some of us don’t know how.
Or are just too damn lazy. Noone can help them.
I will give you one big hint. It’s all about learning. Not stuff. But your own mind. How it works. What it does-and doesn’t do-for you.
I read a quote the other day that sums it up pretty well: Mind-a beautiful servant, a dangerous master.
I am no mind-master myself. I imagine there are not too many out there. To learn how your brain and mind works and then using that knowledge is a valuable thing. And this knowledge will change your life. I am learning more every day. Because I want to. I want to make my life better. I want to be happy.
Do you want to?
