So I am getting old. Big whoop. I have lots of knowledge and experience to give. But still my memory of some events(usually) are just gone-deleted from the hard drive-or just never recorded. Who knows? But they are gone.

Might have been all the partying I did in the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 0’s and, well last night…

I was looking at a picture I took and had absolutely no recollection of where it was or where I was until I asked. Kinda sucked. Plus the event had only been 2 days prior.

So I will pass onto you what I have learned about how to help it.

Help what?

Oh yeah–memory loss.

You/I should be taking a multi vitamin anyways, but more B-1 and A and E help even more. And Omega-3s.  I got that info from here and here. See I am also learning to take more notes so I don’t lose/forget.

Dammit, what was I doing again? Oh yeah.

Diet definitely fits in, too.  Eat things like almonds, fish(salmon is best),blueberries, spinach, onions, broccoli, red beets, grapes, eggplant, collard greens, Brussels sprouts, kale, cabbage and plums.

Deal with any stress in a healthy way. That helps, too.

Oh. So, yeah memory loss. I would think that it’ll get worse if you don’t start doing something about it now.
